Candidates placing political advertising must pay in full in advance of publication.
Political ads will be subject to rate card pricing. No special rates or discounts can be applied in the interest of fairness to all candidates.
Candidates can sign a contract to earn a better rate with Big Green Umbrella Media. All contracts must be signed by the candidate, the campaign manager, or an officer of the candidate's authorized committee. Candidates signing a contract must pay for the contract in full at the time the contact is signed.
